Specialising in Women’s Health & Performance, I offer face-to-face or virtual personal training sessions and morning group fitness sessions. Always train under the supervision of a qualified Personal Trainer and Women’s Health & Performance Coach who is committed to working WITH you to meet your goals and individual needs. You also receive added benefits around mental health support, nutrition and fun activities to keep you motivated and accountable.
